I had some difficulty with the QR scan but was able to get an appointment quickly once I got to the web site. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I do take issue with a request for review of child support dated 11/24. I was given 14 days to provide the requested materials but I only received the request in the mail this past Monday 12/6. That’s not enough time fir me to provide the requested materials.

From the jackbooted thugs that patrol the front doors to the politicians that write the laws and to the Judges and referees that In force the laws this place sucks! The second you walk in the front door you are treated worse than a red headed step child! The way the system is set up it’s a gold mine for Oakland county. No matter what way you try to make a payment there are excessive fees. Example: I just paid $11 in fees when I used my debit card to make a $300 payment. This place is so in favor of women that it must be discriminatory.

The FOC enables the self employed to lie about their income. This behavior should be deterred, but instead it is supported. Stop oppressing families!

Wasn’t told on the phone that you have to go on line and set an appointment. I was told I could just come in. Fortunately, there was one available immediately and I got right in. The online appointment setting was very simple and fast. Everyone was really nice, organized, and the place was spotless. Well done!

I am an employer having problems with the online. At first it was difficult to find out how much to pay for my employee. After a few minutes it all worked out. Lady at widow was very nice.
